Orders placed after 11:00 AM (Friday) will be processed on the next business day.

Free Delivery within the United States

We ship nationwide, including the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

For Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery, additional charges may apply. Please contact our team for arrangements.

International Shipping

We proudly ship our custom printed trade show displays, exhibition backdrops, banners, and signage worldwide. Most international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL and may arrive in multiple parcels at no extra cost.

While free shipping is available for many countries, please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Product Care

All our fabrics are washable with cold water and mild detergent. After washing, please use air dry or iron dry it at a low setting. The life span of the display products depends on both display and storage situations. Before storage, please make sure the whole piece is clean and dry.
