Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Fridays will be shipped on the next business day.
- If there are any issues with your shipment, our team will notify you promptly.
- FREE SHIPPING is available on all products.
- Please note that multiple items may arrive in separate boxes.
- Shipping and customs fees are nonrefundable.
Free Delivery Within the United States
We offer nationwide delivery across the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
- Carriers deliver Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Special deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays can be arranged for an additional charge.
- Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
- If you are unavailable, follow the carrier’s instructions or contact our support team for assistance.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via UPS and DHL. Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels at no additional cost.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and must be paid by the customer. Free shipping is available to most international destinations.

Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs fees as per your local regulations. These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
As customs policies vary by country, we cannot confirm these fees in advance. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation for losses due to shipping delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and continuously work to improve our logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
