Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM (Friday) will be processed on the next business day.
- If there are any issues or unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.
Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders! Please note that large or multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Shipping charges and customs fees are nonrefundable.
Free Delivery within the United States
We ship nationwide, including the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- For Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery, additional charges may apply. Please contact our team for arrangements.
- Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your package. If you are unavailable, follow the carrier’s delivery instructions or contact us for assistance.
International Shipping
We proudly ship our custom printed trade show displays, exhibition backdrops, banners, and signage worldwide. Most international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL and may arrive in multiple parcels at no extra cost.
While free shipping is available for many countries, please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
